The accommodation was just what we needed for our family break away there is plenty of space, and the hot tub is a lovely addition! The location is ideal, and its a great place to base yourself to explore Anglesey. The property needs a little bit of TLC there needed to be a few more mugsbowls etc for the number of people too, and the gates could do with a better closing mechanism to make sure that the dogs really did stay in we had a windy week and found that the gates blew open in the wind but otherwise it was ideal. Thanks very much for having us to stay!

We had a fabulous stay, great location, great facilities, absolutely loved the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfy. Only things we would have liked were mirrors in the bedrooms so we could do our hair and also shower mat to stop slipping. We would go back though it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay however areas need a little refresh. Bathroom window wasnt able to be locked and bathroom door handle is loose Loungeconservatory could do with curtains, especially for the winter months, as our stay was in February. Unfortunately due to it being cold, our party of 6 couldnt use the large loungeconservatory area. So we were restricted to the kitchen, diner lounge area or bedrooms. Cemaes Bay is lovely and would recommend this area

We absoultely loved staying at Trefin. Dj was always quick to answer if we had any questions. The house is beautiful with everything you could need with lots of space for 5 adults and a child and two dogs ! The village is beautiful with more than you'd expect for such a small place. Anglesey coast has some beautiful walks to enjoy. We will definitely be back again !

Trefin, what a lovely bungalow. Good nights sleeps in large comfy beds. Sofas so comfy and cosy. Furniture tasteful and modern. Had a lovely holiday and booked for next year. DJ the owner lovely chap.

Lovely accommodation by DJ & Lee, have stayed in one of their other holiday lets which was also very nice. Will be booking again in the future.

Overall Trefin was a nice place to stay plenty of room to relax in ,the front room was lovely plenty of comfortable seating ,kitchen was well stocked . There were a couple of problems with the property. Patio door was difficult to open , half of the windows wouldnt close due to rusted hinges , the bedroom with single beds was more like a large cupboard maybe replace the 2 beds with bunkbeds then you could put a wardrobe in there and when it rained the large sky light in kitchen leaked.maybe a bit of maintenance on windows etc would solve any problems . Other than that the place is great we would recommend staying there but if you have dogs be careful the garden is secure except for the main gates which we had to close to keep the dogs off the main road .

The moment I walked into this property I was amazed. It is a gem of a place, and I wish I had booked longer now. Really enjoyed myself here, and really glad I booked it. Highly recommend this place

Hi our stay at Trefin was great and the accommodation was fantastic clean and well looked after not too mention big We were not expecting so much space We were aloud to take our three little dogs so out of respect we took dog blankets to cover the settees and in my case the carpet in the bedroom Dj the owner was on hand to help us out with the hot tub and recommend places to eat and go visit We would highly recommend Trefin as a place to stay lots of places for dog walks But even if you dont have dogs what a great place to stay. But remember in the hight of summer dogs are not allowed on some beaches

A beautiful property, decorated and furnished to very high standard. spotlessly clean and well maintained. Hot tub was fantastic and private at the rear of the property. Only a few minutes walk to the pretty village and beach with lots of lovely places to eat. Really enjoyed the holiday and the amazing weather helped. What a beautifully decorated and equipped home from home Trefin is. I have never been anywhere that is so peaceful, even though it is on the main high street of the village, you wouldn't know it. The hot tub was an added bonus and used on a couple of occasions when the weather allowed it. The location was great for the beach, pubs and Fish & Chip shop, and small grocery shop all within walking distance. The only minor thing was the labelling on the dustbins for recycling I couldn't see the initials so had to guess what went in what bin. I would highly recommend this property and would stop there again if holidaying in the area. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Just returned from a wonderful week at Trefin in Cemaes Bay. A very comfortable, clean, well equiped property which has all you need for a self catering break. Owners very helpful and nearby to sort out any issues promptly. We recommend The Stag Inn for a meal in the village and Lastra Farm in Amlwch. Our favourite places visited were Newborough Warren and Aberffraw for walks.

Lovely, comfortable bungalow in a very pretty village with beach & harbour. The owners of the bungalow were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, inviting us for drinks with them on the Saturday evening of our holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Trefin, the bungalow was very well laid out and is very well equipped with everything you could need and more. Beautifully furnished and clean, beds were comfortable, showers were good. Also with internet and sky TV. It is dog friendly in an enclosed private garden with a large hot tub. The friendly owners lived local and were on hand if needed, though all in the bungalow was excellent. Location is on the high street with just a short walk to the few shops, pubs, beaches and coastal walks. The Harbour Hotel and Stag Inn were both dog friendly with welcoming friendly staff. In all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we cant wait to return next year.

Had a wonderful weeks holiday at Trefin. Comfortable,clean,well equipped and very tastefully decorated throughout. The hot tub was so nice to relax in giving a nice ending to the day. The area is beautiful with easy access to other parts of Anglesey. On our first evening we had a bit of a problem locking the bifold door. The next morning we reported it to the owners who came over and sorted it within 30 mins. They were very nice and helpful and obviously take care of their clients. Would 100 recommend and not hesitate to stay again

Just came back from an absolutely amazing half term holiday at this beautiful property. We went as a group of 6 with a dog . Property was furnished to a high end and the kitchen had absolutely everything in it . The owners Lee and DJ have really thought about everything including high quality spice blenders which I always struggle with when I go away . They are also absolutely lovely owners who just live opposite and if you have any issues just contact them and they are always happy to help . They had a bbq and invited us over for drinks and food one night which was very kind of them ! Thank you to both of you for making our stay wonderful. We would definitely recommend you and will be returning again in a flash ! I just cannot say anything negative about the place as its centrally located to all the Anglesey attractions . DJ gave us some recommendations and we found them very helpful . Monuts , Beaumaris Castle , Bellech Beach , Ostercatcher restaurant , Gadlys and crabbing over the jetty in Caemes Bay. It was all a dreamy holiday and cannot wait to return . The only feedback I would give if there was anything thats just me being picky I think is there lack of a full length mirror . I mentioned it to Lee when he kindly came over in the morning to see us off . He said he would address it straight away . Overall a great cottage and we had a lovely break. The hot tub was spot on, nice & warm. Beds in the double rooms were excellent, both living spaces were comfortable & got loads of sunlight during the day, garden was secure, well kept and spacious, kitchen was well equipped and the water pressure throughout was really good. A few minor points the back door was sticking badly & therefore difficult to open and close, the bathroom had no lock on the door, no curtains blind in the twin room so we had to improvise & block the window with pillows so our baby didnt wake up too early. These points wouldnt stop us from staying again. Thanks to DJ very friendly & helpful host!

There aren't options to say it was way above the standard we'd expected we thought it looked excellent but it outstripped our expectations. We loved every minute!

We had a lovely relaxing break at Trefin. Everywhere was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything youd need. The beds were comfortable and we both slept very well. It has a big garden area which our little dog loved running around in. As our dog is only small, before we arrived we spoke to Dave the owner who was very accommodating and added a little extra to the bottom of the gates at the front so the dog couldnt get get out, everywhere else is very secure and we had no issues. The hot tub was nice to relax in. The beaches in the little village were lovely too, and everyone we spoke to was very friendly. Dave was easily accessible throughout our stay. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and are looking to rebook.
