Lovely home from home, very stylish and accommodating. There is a previous review from August 26 mentioning the upstairs shower leaking which unfortunately we had discovered had not been fixed after our first morning at 11 parc delfryn causing somewhat of an indoor water feature downstairs. With only 2 of us dog staying this wasnt much of an issue but can see being cumbersome especially considering the downstairs shower is not as powerful. As previous reviewer had mentioned an attendant has been very prompt to investigate cause issue and mentioned a scheduled plumber would be there to fix the leakage asap. We never saw the plumber or had any communication from the owner that this had been fixed so left us in little of unknown. Worthwhile mention for light sleepers, the extraction fans in the bathrooms are noisy during windy intervals. The boiler made somewhat of an hourly bang throughout the night not loud enough to disturb us but for a dog that isnt used to such disruption did cause her to bark every time this noise was made. Perfect position for holidayers and avid walkers visiting benllech everything is within arms reach and the Indian opposite the property was superb. Property at first was relatively clean with few minor cobwebs, dust and dog soon found few pieces of popcorn by the corner sofa which had been missed. Garden is fantastic I imagine is brilliant in summer, all fenced off peace of mind to let dog roam. hot tub great, bbq available.

The shower upstairs had a leak and water started coming through the ceiling, the owner got someone out the following day to look at it and a repair the day after that. The shower upstairs needs some attention, theres no real power from it and the head of the shower doesnt stay in place when in the holder, we could only use the shower downstairs which isnt ideal. The rest of the property was fine, we had a nice week there. It was comfortable and had what we needed for the week

We've stayed here a few times now and feel as if we are at home as soon as we walk through the door. The weather was not good, but a good walk with Bonnie our dog was made even better when we knew we were returning to the comfort of 11 Parc Delfryn. Excellent.

Lovely clean and comfortable house. Comfy beds and lovely linen. Easy to use kitchen with all appliances, cutlery etc needed for a weeks stay. Super hot tub for the end of the day. In a good location. Quiet and relaxing.

Thank you for a fabulous week away! ! We all had an amazing time! The children and adults loved the hot tub and it was the perfect place for visiting all of the beautiful beaches in the area which were all within 10 minutes drive!

Lovely time and stay at this property . The house was beautiful . The only thing that i didnt enjoy was the housekeeping fee that had to be sent directly to the owner as a bank transfer 48 hours before .This was the first time this happened with Sykes and i didnt feel very comfortable doing this as it was a large amount .

This was a lovely house with absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic week in Anglesey. Benllech beach was really close by and a favourite with the family, but the location is perfect for exploring the island too. We visited Newborough, South Stack, Anglesey Riding Centre, Plas Newydd, Beaumaris and Trearddur Bay during our stay and never spend more than 45 minutes in the car. It was perfect for us. The property itself is lovely, well appointed and a pleasure to be in. We loved the open plan living area, the stylish bedrooms and the outdoor space, especially the hot tub. The owners have really thought about making this property a great place to stay. Things like the selection of board games for a rainy day, the nonslip matting outside, the washer dryer in the kitchen and even the heated towel rails in both bathrooms so towels could be easily dried after the hot tub made this a fab stay. We would highly recommend this property!

Once again hot tub not up to temp and this is not stipulated in the listing before booking. When I pay for a facility I expect it to be ready for use throughout the entirety of my stay. Use a hot water feed to fill the tub and its ready. this is clearly a Sykes issue not the owner The house was divine, warm, comfortable with high end furnishings. Shame the heating is controlled remotely giving you no control over the temperature of rooms. Lovely location

Amazing place! !! Absolutely everything you could need. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The welcome bottle of wine and loaf of bread was a lovely touch as were the little doggy treats. We escaped for a much needed rest and certainly got one here. Would definitely recommend and would love to book again.

We had a really good holiday the house was immaculate. Everything we needed, spotlessly clean just like home from home. It was great having the hot tub to relax after a day out walking. We enjoyed the area, nice pub up the road serving good food. The local coast village was only 5 minutes in the car with plenty of good restaurants. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

High expectations from the pictures on the website and we werent disappointed when we arrived. Property very comfortable and enclosed garden ideal for our pet. The only things to mention are we couldnt find a remote for the tv in the upstairs double room and the door to the upstairs bathroom is difficult to open and close due to it catching on the floor. To finish, when we come to Anglesey again we will be looking to see if this property is available to book first before booking anything else.
