We had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. The property was well presented, clean, and perfect for our family 5 adults and 4 year old grandson with hot tub and plenty of parking space. The large garage has a pool table, toys, and a dart board though not enough darts my son had to order a set from Amazon which were delivered to the cottage the following day! It was actually too windy during our stay to go on the beach, but that was just a stroll away, as was the Sea Shanty cafe, which we could really recommend.

Amazing last minute break in Anglesey, our first visit and wont be the last. The Beach House is perfectly situated for coastal walks and visiting the many incredible birdwatching places on Anglesey. There was only two of us but the bungalow is spacious and if you are a large group, plenty of rooms for your own space if required. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of good choices for eating out locally. Looking forward to returning one day.

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed so well equipped, in a fantastic location and tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend to others. The hot tub, pool room and wide selection of childrens toys is excellent. I deducted one point on review for the request made by the owner for guests to strip all beds and collect laundry in bags at the end of the stay. This is quite an onerous request, especially on a 2 night stay where it takes a fair while to complete this task and when checkout is at 10am.

We stayed as a family for 4 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. Plenty of room for us all. The hot tub was a big hit. Short walk to main beach in Trearrdur Bay. We hired a swimming pool at Instant Swim just a short distance from the property which was a great experience. We all loved the nice break here.

The most amazing place for a family weekend away! Perfect location. Everything you could possibly need within the property and more! Would be returning in summer if it wasnt fully booked!

Beautiful house with superb facilities and touches that made our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub every day, played pool, board games and even used the kayak twice and I am the Gran of the party! One of the TVs had some interference but that didn't impact on our stay as we had plenty to do. Treaddur Bay is a wonderful area with lots of interesting beaches and wild life. Plenty of good places to eat. All in all a marvellous place to stay.

We love the beach house. It is our 2nd stay here, as a family of 10. It is very well equipped, with beautiful views across the bay. Easy walking distance of local shop and restaurants. The hot tub was great, and also the games room kept everyone busy. The heating system was very effective, as the weather was not the best at times. The only thing was the single mattresses were a little lumpy, but nothing we couldnt put up with. Also a nice touch, the owner gives a courtesy call to make sure everything is ok. Would definitely recommend the Beach House.

The Beach House is a beautiful home in a stunning seaside location. Everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Spacious, clean, wellequipped, quiet. Lovely gardens to the front and rear with plenty of outdoor seating. Across the road from the sea and only a ten minute flat walk to beautiful Trearddur Bay with golden sand, sparkling sea and great places to eat and drink. Holyhead retail park is five minutes by car and has all the big supermarkets if you decide to make use of the beautiful new kitchen. We had a very relaxing week in The Beach House and would highly recommend it, thank you.

What a lovely, comfortable house! We had a fantastic stay , managed to get all the family together with plenty of room for us all! Thank you for such an enjoyable holiday at the Beach House. Was lovely to be within walking distance of the sea. Went with our two daughters and their families 10 of us altogether. Our 4 young grandchildren loved playing in the garden and we all enjoyed the hot tub!! Very nice, clean and spacious property. The barbecue could do with being replaced and probably a bigger one would be better. The garage and book shelf could do with a bit of a sort out and tidy. Also the outside of the property looks better on the Sykes website than in reality Please accept these comments as constructive criticism. Apart from these few little negatives, which can easily be sorted we thoroughly loved every minute our holiday there. Loved all the pictures, plaques and ornaments around the house and there was a great homely feel about the place. Could certainly tell it is a much loved family home, so thank you. We have just spent a long weekend here for my sister hen and we have all absolutely loved it. The house is perfect, loads of space, spotless and has everything you could need whilst away. The weather wasn't great for us but we did manage to have a dip in the hottub which was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying her. There was 7 of us staying and was enough room for everyone to sit not always the case in other properties we have stayed at Everything needed in the kitchen was available. Lovely property, everything we needed was available. The layout was perfect, the beds comfortable the kitchen well stocked. Great access to the Beach, Bars and local restaurants all within a short walk. If I could find any fault, which was minor was the area around the hot tub and the back garden. Needed a bit of TLC. Spent a lovely long weekend with friends. Great space to chill out and watch the sea. The house had everything we needed. Great lounge with log burner, fantastic kitchen with an island and little snug ideal for our kitchen disco! The bedrooms had loads of storage we loved it. Its in a great location to go exploring. We had a great stay. Everyone thought the property was fab. Only issue we had was the dishwasher wouldn't work, said error the whole time. No biggy at all though we just washed up. Beautiful views from the house and the little decking area was perfect for afternoon drinks in the sun with a great view.

5 adults stayed at The Beach House, one of which is special needs and blind. It is a beautiful big bungalow with very few steps. The rooms are all a fantastic size. Everywhere was spotless. We only used the hot tub once but it provided plenty of laughter. The kitchen is amazing with a stunning view from the sink. There was everything you could think of in the kitchen inc a very nice bottle of wine. Great place for getting around from. Some nice restaurants and a fab Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. We would all definitely return.

What a fabulous location and generous sized property. Easy off road parking with space for several cars. An easy flat walk along to Trearddur Bay where we spent a lot of our time. Beautiful sandy beach nestled amongst rocky coves. Great places to eat out. Larger retail complex just a few minutes drive away in Holyhead. We were very comfortable in the Beach House and had a lovely relaxing break. Thank you.

The house, massive by the way, is more than an idyllic spot for adventure. It is in the most ideal spot foe peace and quiet and near enough to the facilities. Beach and eateries all really close. The rooms were brilliant for all, the equipment worked and the extras not listed were fantastic. Hot tub was great. If I had to add any requirements then it would be the upgrade needs for the house, it has not been renovated for a little while and could do with it. The renovation is not going to stop people wanting to use this beautiful place. We enjoyed it massively. Thank you David and Claire.

A large house on a good plot, ideally laid out to accommodate the 10 person capacity. With some good facilities and a fantastic location. However an unusual style of presentation, and poor cleanliness and maintenance meant that for us that the full potential of the property was not realised.

An absolutely gorgeous stay you really have thought of everything for the whole family! Great facilities with plenty of bathrooms, utility room, outside tap, lots of storage, play room for the kids and a large living room for us all to relax in the evening. There was 8 in our group 3 families we had plenty of room for our own space or to come together as a family group. BBQs were great fun, kayak was a brilliant adventure and plenty of equipment in the house too. I would suggest upgrading the BBQ as this one was a little tired. But it works fine really. Also the information book needs a little updating we had to take a trip to the minor injuries unit whilst there so I updated the number in the book for this as it was wrong. Overall an absolutely perfect stay and we had the BEST time highly recommend this house and the very thoughtful owners that have covered all basis!
