We went for a little festive break, 2 families including 4 children. We had a fantastic time, lots of space, the children loved the hot tub, great location too. We would love to make it an annual visit

Great location,close to restaurants and beach. Car parking for two large cars. Spacious property suitable for 6 people. Hot tub was great. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desiredneeds a good clean. We had to clean grill tray etc before use. Fridge and freezer filthy needed to wipe it out before use. Splash back in family bathroom still had toothpaste on it. Lots of dust n cobwebs. Bedding had small curly dog hairs on it which showed up well on white duvets.along with a dirty paw mark on one of the singles! Think from viewing nearby property most of the cleaners time is spent doing the hot tubs!which was clean and well maintained. House needs a maintenance man visit broken plug seals,loose taps,under sink pipe dripping,toilet roll holders please. Curtains need attention in one bedroom,so thin and security light shining through all night. Veranda doors need looking at,stormy weather not great blowing straight through! Despite all of the above we didnt let it spoil our stay.

A well maintained house with everything you needed, lovely comfortable beds, parking in front of the house only became difficult when the other houses had several cars. The directions to the property given by the owner were good if coming in that direction however if coming the other way the lack of signage made it difficult to find especially when the postcode didn't appear to take you actually to the property. We can recommend this property especially good if you have a dog because of the enclosed garden.

Lovely big house, had everything we needed. Great location for walking to the beach and surrounding shops. Negative mattresss and pillows need upgrading as not good nights sleep also the security lights on big building at back were on and off all night making the bedrooms light up so very disturbed sleep, Perhaps thicker curtains would have had helped.

I book a cottage for myself and sisters and cousins each yr for us to relax and catch up away from family, work and everyday life for a couple of days this cottage is beautiful it is in easy walk to plenty of amenities, beach , take away and pubs and also Tesco express it is very well maintained and has everything in . I had a small problem with bed seatee it had dog hair on easy fixed with quick hoover that is provided I found a leak under kitchen sink the pipe just needed tightening no need to call anyone no big deal as it can happen anywhere I would definitely book this again .my sister has recommending this to her daughter as she has two small children and it would be fantastic for them with the safety gates

We had a lovely stay it has everything you need for a great holiday. The location us excellent, walking distance to shops, pubs, places to eat and takeaways. The beach is also in walkable distance. We will definitely be back there again.

The rooms at the cottage are ok but as others have noted there is some tlc required and updating. The bad drain smell has also been mentioned before and clearly has not been addressed. The kitchen in particular has a terrible smell at times, noticeably when using the dishwasher. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Broken glass was found on the lounge floor and more on a table in the garden very dangerous with children and pet dog staying. Dust and cobwebs in several indoor places. The covers for the garden furniture were a disgrace some were left outside instead of put away and were wet. Some of those in the garden storage box were smeared with bird poo, not drops of poo but smeared across the cushions. Other thoughts, the double bedroom non ensuite needs a blackout curtain, not only for daylight shining in early morning but because the next door property has a security light popping on frequently throughout the night. Finally please put a mirror in the bathroom.

The location is perfect. The house its self needs a little bit of work. The garden needs the weeds removing, and just general wear and tear. We could smells drains where we first walked in and when using the main bathroom shower, so we then chose to use the en suite, only thing with that is that we had a leak from the ensuite shower down into the kitchen. Not ideal to be honest. We messaged the numbers to let them know and we still havnt had a message back messged on the Thursday, its now Sunday. Hunters Cottage is pretty booked up now so that leak will continue to happen over and over again unless its fixed. You get everything you need with in the house its self and is in walking distance to the local pubfish and chip shoptescos. We drove to the beach and red wharf bay 5mins10mins both beautiful. The house needs a bit of tlc in our opinion. But we did have a great stay in spite of these issues.

We had a lovely stay at hunters cottage. It's in a great location. The hot tub is lovely and really handy that its uncover for any weather. Generally the facilities are good. However some parts of the house could do with some maintenance. The Gas bbq was in very poor condition which was a shame as its clearly a decent one and a nice touch to have but it was very rusty inside and not clean. The hot tub cover is worn and starting to break in middle so was leaving gaps. On the the second day we could smell the drains in kitchendown stairs which became unpleasant. In the main bedroom the curtains could do with being black out as the neighbouring property has a security light that kept coming on and shinning through. It would be nice to have a small welcome pack on arrival as most other places we've stayed at provide one which is a nice touch. The log burner is great and wood provided. With a little more maintenance and some upgrades the property would be excellent as it's over all a nice cottage to stay in.

Lovely large modern high quality family cottage. All amenities well thought out. Spotlessly clean. Hot tub was enjoyed by all the family, and our dog had plenty of space in the house and secure garden. Kids are asking me to book again!

We have stayed previously at Meadow View and this time at Hunters Cottage everything was perfect from the house, hot tub, amenities etc to the surroundings, beaches, walks etc will hopefully be back !

Our stay here was wonderful. We didnt know until we got there that it has a wonderful sea view from the upstairs balcony windows. That was only made better by the visibility of the northern lights during our stay. What a treat! Very well equipped, clean and comfy holiday home with the added luxury of a hot tub and very helpful outside shower. Washer dryer was great. Plenty of toilets for a large family to share. Ideally located for exploring the area too. Look out for the sign on the right saying Ponty Pandy holiday cottages and you have found it! Parking right outside the front door. Nice quiet location with lovely views. Cant fault it at all.

Please put a chair in the main bedroom for makeup and hair purposes. The house is lovely although the living room is very dark and masculine, needs to have a lighter decor, black sofa, black chairs and table cloth , black wallpaper, black coffee table, all too much , please lighten it

Hunters cottage was excellent in every aspect. It was clean, well furnished, very well equipped too. Benllech is a lovely place with a fabulous beach, great for early morning walks with our two dogs. Dog friendly pubs serving good food are only a short walk away. We certainly will be looking to book again.

It would be good to list on the website what facilities arearent provided. For example it doesnt state the teacoffeesugar are provided but shower gel and soap arent.

Property was beautiful and clean and well equipped. Close to amenities and the beach for long coastal walks. Would have been nice to have had some cleaning products available such as dish liquid etc, on arrival. Overall a great stay and recommended.

When we arrived the main bedroom was soaked the French door was open a little, we moved to another house, when we showered water poured through the ceiling, we advised but did not want to move again as we were only here for 4 days to relax. I have rang asking for compensation and nobody has got back to me

We had a fantastic time at Hunters Cottage. We found the house very clean and had everything you need for a relaxing break. The log fire was perfect for those cold, winter nights and heated the whole house. Plenty of fire wood was provided. The hot tub was huge and the roof kept the rain off. Unlike other reviews, we found it hot and clean. The kitchen had all the amenities. There was a TV in the lounge, kitchen and every bedroom with freeview and netflix. Prime was also accessible if you have an account. We were also able to access a TV port to plug in our PS5. Poppy our elderly boxer dog was allowed full roam of the house which was much appreciated and made the break much more relaxing as we didn't have to worry where she was and she could do what she normally does. The games cupboard was very thoughtful and gave us a night of laughter. Benllach was a perfect base to explore Anglesey.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very well equipped and was very clean. The hot tub is an excellent added bonus and was very well used. Showers are also excellent including the outdoor by the hot tub It's position is perfect for walking into Benllech or travelling around the island. 4 instead of 5 is only because upstairs was a little small for uswhich to be fair is mentioned in the details. The car park was also a bit tight when full of cars for all 3 cottages .

Lovely, comfortable and an ideal location to explore the island. The cottage has everything you need for you holiday. Home from home.

Hunters cottage is a lovely property, however, some things need sorting out. No chopping boards in the house. Knives all need sharpening or leave a sharpener in the house. Smoke alarms directly above your head as you lay in bed.

Excellent stay at Hunters Cottage. The property is within easy walking distance to the beach or less than 10 mins drive away from other beaches if you want to try somewhere different. The beaches are nearly all dog friendly and also most of the local restaurants some will allow dogs inside and some outside only. There is an abundance of great take aways and also supermarkets. The Cottage was very clean and has everything you need and the hot tub was also great for relaxing. Would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely go again.
