The accommodation features an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with two Smart TVs and Netflix. There's a double bedroom with en-suite shower room plus a twin bedroom and separate shower room. Everything is immaculately maintained and modern throughout. The owners have thought of everything - even kayak and bike storage in the garage.

The property was incredible. Very modern with all that we needed. Everywhere was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The lounge and kitchen were very well appointed and the welcome basket was much appreciated. Bedrooms were very comfortable and having two shower roomstoilets was great. The outside areas were really well kept and the hot tub with views over Snowdonia was a bonus. The location is in quiet countryside but within easy reach of main roads to get to all the places Anglesey has to offer. Many thanks Carol and Mark for giving us a splendid break.
This was the third time at this lovely cottage and it was as nice as always. Nice quiet area yet only minutes from town. Well equipped and spotless and very nice hosts. Carol is there when you need her and always helpful.
Brilliant place to stay. So comfortable and clean with all that we needed. The hot tub was a lovely addition for our holiday. A great welcome from the owner. So handy for all that we wanted to see and do. We would definitely return and can recommend it to others as one to visit.

Lovely stay, the host was warm and welcoming and very accomodating of our needs, particularly as we were staying with our toddler. The accomodation was lovely and spacious. There were lovely views from the accomodation, especially the views of the mountains from the hot tub. It was lovely to feel out in the middle of no where, tucked away down the country lane, yet lots of things to do nearby. We had a brilliant stay and would definately reccoment this place.

What a fantastic find! Clean, comfortable, wellequipped, and a great location for Bangor, Caernarfon, Yr Eryri formerly known as Snowdonia, and Sir Fn the Isle of Anglesey. The view from the house is lovely in all directions with an outstanding view of Yr Eryri from the westfacing patio at the back presumably also from the hottub. Nothing was too much trouble for Carol and Mark they were always accessible and never intrusive. We hope to be back.
This was a fantastic cottage and our family of four had the best time here. Lovely host and the cottage was if anything even better than the description. The postcode didnt quite take us to the property but it was easy to find. The location was fantastic with amenities and excursions easy to get to. Good access to anywhere on Angelsey and beyond to North Wales. We would 100 recommend and plan to return when we can.

Bryn Eglwys Bach is set in a perfect location. Close to main towns but in beautiful countryside with views over the island to Snowdonia whilst one is lounging in the hot tub. Carol was warm and friendly from the moment we first met and made us feel very welcome. Having her next door was great and not at all intrusive. Already planning a return but struggling to find availability owing to the popularity of this little gem.

We had such a lovely time. The cottage is so peaceful and set in a beautiful area of Anglesey with stunning mountain views surrounded by rolling green fields. Carol was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. The welcome items were very much appreciated by us all. The hot tub was an added bonus and the unexpected little pool table in the garage brought us some fun too. We slept so comfortably throughout our stay. The only thing I'd change would be a lockable external door between the main living space and the porch, but that is more of a personal preference as I'm quite security conscious anyway. It definitely wouldn't stop me staying again. We would love another visit.

Perfect in every way! Our family all agree that this was the highlight of our trip and probably the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. The surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful and there is so much to do in the area for families. The house itself was incredibly clean and comfortable and beautifully presented with really thoughtful additions like some toys for our young kids to play with. We loved having access to the hot tub which was a great way to enjoy the quiet evenings. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host who gave us some great information about the local area. Just come back from a wonderful holiday at Bryn Eglwys Bach. The property is spotlessly clean and very modern with everything you need. We visited a few places with my favourite being Beaumaris only 15 minutes away. This is our second time at the cottage and we have booked it again for next year. Can't wait! Such a lovely house, had everything you needed and the host was nice and friendly. Nice secluded spot but only a short drive to all amenities. Hot tub and house spotless and beds so comfy.
My family of four had a great stay in August, the location is great with a lot of the attractions such as Newborough Beach with the light house and wild horses, The Anglesey Transport Museum, Beaumaris Castle and Plas Newydd House and Gardens within 30 minutes and plenty to do what ever the weather. The facilities at Bryn Eglwys Bach are great with a hot tub, good size fridge and freezer as well as washing machine and dishwasher.

Ah, where to start? ! Such a beautiful, clean and comfortable selfcatering holiday property with a washing machine and dishwasher. We stayed for 7 nights in Aug 2024 as a family of 4 and instantly felt relaxed due to the remoteness of the location but still has so much within easy reach and the actual home itself. It was extremely clean and modern and had everything we needed to prepare a packed lunches each day and a variety of meals throughout the week. The hot tub was a great treat for our children and for us after climbing Snowdon! Carol, the property owner is so lovely and helpful and even though they live next door we very rarely saw her, only once during the week when she arranged a visit to check levels on the hot tub. Thank you to Carol and Mark for their hospitality. Amazing welcome pack of wine, flowers, Welsh cakes, coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk and water. On mentioning we had forgotten our own tea & coffee we were supplied with more. Cottage was clean, homely and was equipped with everything you could want and more you never dreamed you would want. The hot tub was amazing and just what was needed after walking. Plenty to do and see in the area, note if you want to see red squirrels the best place to do so is The Dingle, but buy some walnuts from the Asda before you go into the wooded area. Great place to stay and even though the weather was not great it did not stop us getting out and enjoying the surrounding area. We will definitely retun in the future. We had a wonderful week in this modern, well equipped cottage. The beds very comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus after a day of sight seeing and walking. Carol was helpful and informative but not intrusive. We visited Newborough forest and had a long walk on the beach also The Dingle is a nature reserve with red squirrels. Cadnant gardens are worth a visit as are Plas Newydd and Penrhyn Castle. A very memorable week! Thank you Carol.

We loved every minute of our stay here, the house is delightful and has everything you need, amazing views, peaceful but easy access to beaches and mountains. The house was immaculate, well thought out indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing and spending time together, comfortable beds and sofas. We cannot recommend highly enough, loved the extra touches of flowers, milk etc. Carol is wonderful host and this house is a little jem.

The house was in excellent condition, all facilities first class, everything was so clean and all the utensils that we needed were there. Everything was excellent the hot tub, the snooker table and carol the host met us on arrival, went through everything and gave us ideas of places to visit, and she also checked in mid week to make sure everything was okay as well as the chlorine on the hot tub! There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival of tea, cakes and more, would highly recommend and would love to go back some time in the future.
Such an amazing bank holiday weekend spent in this beautiful cottage. Weve stayed in a lot of Sykes Cottage and this has been our favourite so far! Perfect location, nice and quiet but only a 1015 minutes drive from everything. Spotlessly clean, fantastic hot tub, especially with the sheep and bunnies coming over to you. Really comfy beds and blackout blinds to get a great night sleep. Carol the owner was so so lovely too, really helpful. We would recommend in a heartbeat and would love to come back!

We have just returned from an amazing break at Bryn Eglwys Bach. What can I say A truly stunning holiday home absolutely immaculately kept in every sense! A perfect base for exploring the delights on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. Carol obviously takes such pride in making sure her guests have a fantastic stay. She was extremely welcoming and her hospitality and recommendations for our stay were absolutely second to none. The hot tub was fantastic and we very much enjoyed the wonderful views from the property and regular visits from the sheep & lambs just beyond the garden! Overall a 5 star review from us all and we will definitely be booking to stay in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Felt welcomed. It was a Great location and we easily explored the many attractions in the area. It was clean & comfortable. We borrowed Carol & Marks filter coffee machine. Love our coffee. Also a mattress topper. Hot tub had the best jets. Really helped my arthritis. Loved visiting the lighthouse, Beaumaris castle, penryhn castle & slate museum. And more. Definitely would recommend.
Carol welcomed us when we arrived and explained how things in the cottage worked, which was very helpful. Everything in the cottage was of a high standard, extremely clean and well equipped. The heating was very efficient and easy to use. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. There were views from the garden across to Snowdon.
