We found the owners Mandy and Steve were very helpful and promptly dealt with any minor problems we had. They kindly left a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. The cottage was well equipped clean ,spacious but still cosy. After exploring during the day it was fantastic to return and relax in hot tub in the evening.I would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family.

We have used Sykes Holiday Brokers for many years now, and have stayed in many different location across the UK. On speaking to the owner, we explained that Berllan was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Although we are only 3, we always look for something special even if it is a larger property. Our advice to other customers is to broaden your scope, do your research for restaurants and pubs locally and everything there is to see in and around the area. We can personally recommend Tavern on the Bay, which is about 2 miles away at Red Wharf Bay. Returning to Berllan in the future will most definitely be one on our list, as it has everything and more, with the owner Many & Steve only too happy to assist at a drop of the hat. We can wholeheartedly say you won't be disappointed if you stay at Berllan.

We booked a long weekend at this property but should have booked longer! The house was amazing! It was in a great location just 5 mins drive from both Benllech and Red Wharf bay and about 10 mins drive from Beaumaris. The house was immaculate with a lot of extras I was not expecting and every little detail was thought about. We went with our teenage children, 13 and 19. We used the hot tub every single day which was a highlight for the kids. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for your stay, including a lovely utility room with a washing machine. It was also the little touches as well such as a lovely welcome pack with snacks and crisps. There were board games there as well which we didnt expect and the host did provide dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials as well which you dont always see in a holiday let. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate with clean towels in each room though we brought our own towels for the hot tub. The host could not have been more helpful and checked we were ok on arrival and departure Really recommend this cottage for anyone wanting a luxury stay at a beautiful and quiet location. We will definitely be going back there!

Our stay at Berllan was outstanding. Very comfortable, spotless accommodation and absolutely everything one would need in the kitchen. We had he BEST time. Fantastic weather which was the cherry on the top. Communication with the host was brilliant. Very quick to answer any questions and we were made to feel incrediblely welcome. The welcome pack was delicious. 1010 customer care. Perfect location to. Everything like pubs, restaurants, grocery shops and coffee shops all close by. The review box isn't big enough for all the fantastic and lovely comments a stay at Berllan has to offer. 100 would visit again.
Berllan is a six star holiday property in every single way. We are a retired couple who research our holiday accommodations thoroughly seeking to ensure we get the Wow Factor on arrival ! Berllan is quite simply WOW PLUS !! From comfort to quality of fittings throughout, with every conceivable holiday requirement catered for. As grandparents we have just returned from a weeks holiday with our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren staying at Berllan. What a lovely half term week weve enjoyed. This probably has to be the best holiday home weve ever stayed at. I took some kitchen items on our holiday only to find they were provided for us there, such a well stocked kitchen with all you needed provided. The house is wonderfully decorated and the extremely clean which was important to us as sometimes weve stayed at places where this was badly lacking. The large garden and hot tub was an added bonus. Our grandchildren aged 8, 6 and almost three loved it and wanted to stay longer! The owners were very helpful and accommodating and we will definitely be going back. Thank you to them from us all.

Spent 7 wonderful days over the Christmas period with family 6 adults and 2 children at this delightful house. The property is definitely 5 star, has everything anybody could ask for, the owners, Mandy and Steve should be really proud. Prior to us arriving, I spoke with Mandy to ensure we had the key code etc she made us feel really welcome even before we arrived. House was immaculate, interior design superb and plenty of room for all the family. Welcome Pack was also left for us containing goodies and a nice bottle of Prosecco to toast on Christmas Day during lunch. We used the hot tub which was really nice after conquering some long coastal walks and plenty of visits to the Ship Inn, which was approx 3540 minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend to others for a nice, quiet, relaxing break. Thanks again to Mandy & Steve .

Berllan house is a beautiful holiday home with plenty of room for a family. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We particularly liked the open plan kitchenliving area and we used the lounge as a quiet space. The 2x ovensfridges etc were great for family meals and we had a dinner party and everything was there we needed, 3xcept a garlic crusher. The grandchildren loved the hot tub. Pros Beds were a little soft for us. Sofa placement in lounge meant difficult to see tv and it was placed too high on wall I recommend lowering the tv. The pillows are flat and recommend replacing. Bath is narrow. Table only had x6 chairs. No tumble dryer as advertised! Towels were small. We would return, thank you Mandy and Steve.

We had a fabulous week at Berllan. The house is amazing. We loved the large spacious kitchenfamily room where we could all spend time together. The house has everything you could possibly need and more for a weeks holiday. All the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The showers were lovely with good water pressure and spotlessly clean. Our Grandchildren loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed watching them from the comfy outdoor furniture or the hot tub which was a real treat. Communication with Mandy before and during our holiday was great. Thank you Mandy and Steve for being such great hosts.

The owner greeted us when we arrived at the property, she was lovely and gave us a quick tour and showed us how things worked. The house was amazing all rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious, the garden was great for the kids to run around unsupervised as its fully enclosed. The property was more than we expected and was very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, the best equipped we have experienced in a rental property. We did have a minor issue, but this was resolved promptly and professionally, which I can only thank Mandy & Steve for their attentiveness at all times. Berllan is a lovely holiday home for families looking to get break away. It is well looked after and the owner was really helpful in many ways. The house is wonderful place to relax and the open plan layout makes it easy for the family to enjoy time together be it relaxing on the comfy sofas or preparing a meal together. We really had a great time together despite the weather being a bit mixed.

I would like to thank the hosts, Steve & Mandy who made us feel very welcome and were at the end of the line should we have any issues. The cakes etc on arrival were very much appreciated. Berllan was absolutely stunning, a large and spacious property perfectly located to explore the island of Anglesey and everything it has to offer. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and all the fittings and equipment were of a very high standard. If you book this property you will NOT be disappointed. We were able to see Red squirrels at the Dingle and then in the evening return to Berllan and relax in the private garden and enjoy the hot tub. We arrived at this fantastic property set in a lovely peaceful location, to be greeted by Mandy who guided us around the house and showed us how to use the the hot tub, fire etc. The hot tub was ready for immediate use and a lovely welcome pack was waiting inside, containing prosecco, chocolate and welsh cakes etc and a welcome card wishing my husband a very Happy 70th Birthday. Berllan was spotlessly clean, had a very well equipped kitchen including an air fryer, sandwich maker, coffee machine, 2 fridges and had every utensil and cutlerycrockery you could think of. The bedrooms had lovely comfy beds and everyone had a good nights sleep

What an amazing house! We were greeted by the owner when we arrived who explained to us how to use the gas fire and hot tub and told us to get in touch if there was anything we needed. The house was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The owner had left us traditional Welsh cakes to add to our experience. The bedrooms were nice and big and the mattress that I slept on was to die for! So much so that I will be purchasing one myself! The area that we stayed in was quiet and having a hot tub to relax in at the end of a day of exploring was just what was needed! I will certainly look at booking Berllan again in the future.
We holiday in cottages all around the UK at least 3 times a year, sometimes more and Berllan has got to be the cleanest property we have ever stayed it. It is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need and in a great location close to some of Anglesey's beautiful beaches. Mandy and Steve were very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything during our stay. Thank you for the welcome pack Your holiday home is our dream home that we would love to be able to own one like this one day. It was perfect and the hot tub was lovely. Loved the pictures of Anglesey and the decor it was very much to our taste. The fire was lovely at night and so cosy. What a great way to let in the new year. Absolutely perfect, the house is outstanding, everything has been thought of so perfectly, in a great location too. Already planning when we can come back!
Wow!! The property is stunning, everything we needed was there . Mandy met us at the property, left a basket of local goodies and a lovely welcome card, answered any questions we had and was a fantastic host. Cannot fault a single thing. Beautiful property, beautiful location and well worth a visit. Hope to be back soon!

Couldnt recommend this stay enough! Mandy & Steve was very welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Mandy had called before our stay to greet us and I told her it was my birthday, which on arrival we was greeted with a bottle of champagne which I thought was a lovely gift , very thoughtful. There was constant help from them whenever you needed it. On arrival there was a detailed welcome pack full of helpful information with things to do, places to visit, taxis, places to eat, takeaways etc to help plan your stay. They really did think of everything you would need for your stay! The house is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need under one roof! We will definitely be back . 5 star
