Cae Sam is a very well thought out holiday property with ample space for all three generations of our family to spread out and relax. We had a great break here enjoying the hot tub and billiards and watching the cows being milked. The view from the house across to Snowdonia is simply stunning. The owners are friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and well maintained. There were many very thoughtful touches such as the optional bed guards for toddlers and the foot stool to enable them to reach the sink, as well as a highchair. The Welsh cakes and Bara brith were delicious. The Welsh blankets and matching lamp shades are such a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our first ever holiday on Anglesey. There was plenty to explore without leaving the island and we wished we had more time here. The beaches are some of the best we have ever been to.

Thank you thank you thank you! ! Our second stay at Cae Sam and most definitely not our last!! Everything is perfect each time and any problems get sorted right away. Everywhere is clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable. Menai and Maldwyn are very welcoming and always available if needed and If not, they have family around who are more than willing to help. The goodies on arrival are a great touch and go down very well so again thank you!! We had a new addition to the family this time round and are looking forward to coming back again next year hopefully to enjoy another stay and to let her explore and meet the cows

What a fabulous holiday property in a gorgeous location. And yet not too far from amenities or coast by car. All the little extras put in for comfort and ease of first shopping was much appreciated. We had an amazing 4 day stay at Cae Sam. 11 of us in total, 7 adults & 4 children. The property was amazing, so spacious, so clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. There was nothing this property didnt have. The beds are huge and very comfy. The hosts couldnt have done more for us. We were even invited to take the kids over to the dairy farm to watch the cows be milked which was an experience! We didnt want to leave & even after we had the hosts continued to help as we left something behind which they arranged to be posted home for us. Perfect stay in a perfect property meant a perfect long weekend family break. We will certainly be back!

Absolutely fantastic cottage, very modern, clean and spacious. Had all the facilities needed and more we loved the little food package left for us. Outside facilities were very modern and hot tub was definitely a popular choice during our stay. Very friendly owner who couldnt do enough for us. Highly recommend Cae Sam we age ranged from 7 to 70 and the house had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen utensils, crockery etc. The hot tub went down a treat as the weather was not the best. Lots of space for us all and we didnt feel we were tripping over each other. Good outdoor living facilities which we made the most of. Good central location for us touring the whole of Anglesey. Recommend Newborough nature reserve miles of sandy beaches and walls through forest, great for kids. Benllech beach gets a thumbs up for body boarding from the kids too. Lastly, the homely gesture of Welsh cakes, cheese and coffee from Menai on our arrival was exactly what we needed from our drive from Glasgow. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This property was fantastic ! Great spot with beautiful countryside views. Short drive to the nearby beaches. The boathouse at Red Wharf Bay was the best pub meal we have had in a long time. Indoor area of the house was very spacious ideal for big family groups and immaculately clean throughout. Big large stunning bathrooms always plenty of hot water. Hot tub outside was extra special we used it everyday it was tested by the owner for chlorine etc every morning. Outdoor seating area was sheltered from wind and rain and table included fire which was helpful when it turned cold. Lovely cheeses and fresh Welsh cakes on arrival which was sweet. Also noted little starter packs of tea coffee sugar available and condiments herbs etc. You are invited to watch the cows being milked of an afternoon which was very special. Owners friendly and on hand if needed. Would definitely recommend this house !

Amazing property and the owners are really welcoming. We loved looking round the farm. If you are visiting with a disabled guest this property is also perfect no steps and a fully accessible ground floor bedroom and bathroom. We are already looking to book for next year, can't recommend enough.

We couldnt have enjoyed our stay more! The house and facilities perfectly suited our Hen party of 10 ladies. The social space around the kitchen island lounge pool table was perfect. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are stunning. The whole house is immaculate and so well maintained. The owners were on hand should we need them and the welcome pack and homemade Welsh cakes went down a treat. We all definitely want to return with our respective families. The only downside but understandable is no dogs allowed.

Wonderful place in a wonderful location. Great facilities in amazing condition having been built just a few years ago. Owners are very friendly and helpful when we had a hot water issue was resolved within a couple of hours so no complaints there these things happen. Can't fault the place we would like to return at some point if the prices are right we got a great deal for Oct 2023. Prices for 2024 seem to be 2040 higher so unless they are adjusted we are unlikely to return unfortunately. This is a truely 5 place with just a couple of very small tweaks needed to make it perfect they are missing a shelf and toilet roll holder in one of the bathrooms. Strange thing to miss out considering they have an amazing collection of kitchen equipment and cocktail glasses for example! great pool table. Immaculate hot tub that the owner checks daily. They live near the site and are farmers and are happy for any kids to watch them milk their 200 !! cows. Book this place, you wont be disappointed.

We booked to have a family break together including grandparents, parents and grandchildren, Cae Sam was ideal and everything we could have asked for. The owners are available if needed and very helpful. We would definitely book again and highly recommend.

This is a very spacious, comfortable house. It has lovely views and is very peaceful. Lovely bathrooms and comfy large beds. Log burner is very cosy but the house is warm anyway with underfloor heating. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of glasses, crockery and everything you need. We had a lovely welcome from the owner who left us a tasty welcome treat. Lovely safe garden for children to play in. Our granddaughters loved watching the cows being milked on the family farm. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems owner lives very close by with her family so easily fixed not that we had any issues at all. Not far from Llangefni and a variety of supermarkets, and Beaumaris with lovely shops and pubs. We would definitely come back as it is the best holiday home we've been to in the UK.

The hot tub was an added bonus to relax in at the end of the day. The welcome pack was a nice touch too with cheese made at the farm. We all enjoyed seeing the cows being milked and seeing the new born calves. Menai & Maldwyn were perfect hosts.

Cae Sam was incredible. The house is spacious, comfortable and has lots of seating. Little touches such as the welcome gift were lovely. The hot tub was maintained every day and we throughly enjoyed the fire pit table outside, it kept us warm as the temperature dropped. The house is located in a great area and only 1520 from lots of different places to visit. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

Well what can I say! We booked this holiday cottage to celebrate my dad's 70th this year as a family. And we couldn't have picked anywhere better. The cottage was just stunning, well equipped with top of the range makes. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Very helpful and friendly. Kids loved the snookerpool table and hot tub. Easy to get to places from its location. On the last day we enjoyed watching the cows being milked on the working farm they have. Loved it would absolutely stay here again.

Cae Sam is a fabulous holiday home with all the necessary and more. Welcome pack was such a nice touch with a sample of their own cheese delicious!, getting the chance to learn how to make it and the farming processes was very interesting, they're so welcoming and helpful. We loved playing pool, going in the hot tub and the lounge area for getting everyone together in the evening to play games. Their recommendations on places to visit and restaurants were really helpful and accurate. Only two minor points one seat in the hot tub the jets were not working and the lanes to get to the property were very narrow obviously this cannot be changed but having explored Anglesey during the week this is a given in most places, advice would be don't use Google Maps it will send you down the tiniest of lanes, take the slightly longer routes on the main roads, you'll be glad you did! All in all, a wonderful stay we recommend

What a wonderful property, beautifully situated, the hot tub and pool table were used a lot! The owners were super quick with a request we had, the holiday was perfect.
